Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your item in its original protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our workshop.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
